Madison Service Corporation believes that Edwards Systems Technology (EST) offers the highest quality products, service and support in the industry, and we are proud of our relationship as an EST Strategic Partner.
We have been a full line EST distributor (Strategic Partner) for more than 40 years. EST is a national company, which manufactures superior fire alarm systems and is the only company to exclusively produce four-dimensional smoke detectors.
Our senior technicians are NICET Level Two, Three & Four Certified and have been servicing fire alarm systems for 30+ years. All of our technicians are factory trained by EST, and members of I.B.E.W. Local 3 Union.

INSTALLATION
Our clients count on us for quality, assurance, and fully functional Fire Alarm, ARCS, and Central Office Station systems. Each project is assigned to a lead technician responsible for managing the project to ensure efficient and well-designed retrofits that are reliable fire alarm system conversions.
MAINTENANCE
Madison Service Corporation performs ongoing scheduled maintenance of our fire alarm systems. Keeping with fire safety codes (NFPA, City & Local Codes), systems are calibrated and cleaned bi-annually. Our stock room, located in downtown Manhattan, contains many fire alarm equipment parts, allowing for efficient service calls and preventing a possible gap in client liabilities.
